Job Description

As the Access Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects related to access cards within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include the issuance of access cards, extending access periods, providing additional clearance, revocation of access clearance, deactivation and leave management, access card disposal, vendor communication and resolution, project updates and communication, access card records management, re-certification of access privileges, reporting and data management, door lock/unlock process, and printing of new access cards. You will need to liaise with department SPOCs, line managers, and relevant vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance in access card management. It will be your duty to promptly address and resolve any complaints or issues raised by contractor staff regarding access cards. Additionally, you will be required to maintain detailed records of all access card activities, including assignments, revocations, and extensions in a predefined Excel sheet. Furthermore, you will be responsible for conducting quarterly re-certification of access privileges in restricted departments and obtaining confirmation from respective department SPOCs regarding access recertification. You will also be tasked with fetching required reports from the C-Cure application, such as First In/Last Out, Access Swipe, Admit/Reject, and Clearance reports, and sharing them with business stakeholders post necessary approvals. In addition to these responsibilities, you will provide support for immediate or business-required door lock/unlock requests, ensuring appropriate approval before momentarily unlocking department doors. You will also be responsible for printing new access cards for newly joined employees as per HR confirmation and dispatching them to desired/requested locations promptly. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in person.
