Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of apartment buildings, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, elevators, and general infrastructure. Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management within the residential/apartment industry. Strong knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing). Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficient in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to respond to emergencies and be on-call as needed. Preferred Skills: Certification in Facility Management (e.g., FMP, CFM) is a plus.
