Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns. Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company. Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in a similar role (customer care executive). Excellent communication skills for handling inbound calls, emails, and chats. Proficiency in backend operations processing and voice support processes. Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours or high-volume periods. Location Sion, Mumbai.
