Job Description

The Academy Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting dental academic programs, certifications, and training courses. This role uniquely combines clinical dental knowledge with MBA-driven marketing strategy to attract the right audience, increase enrollments, and strengthen the academy’s brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for dental courses, workshops, fellowships, and certification programs.
  • Generate quality leads through digital platforms, referrals, events, and institutional tie-ups.
  • Plan and promote webinars, seminars, hands-on courses, and academic events.

Digital & Offline Marketing

  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns (Meta ads, Google ads, WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing).
  • Work with content and design teams to create dental-specific marketing content (posters, reels, brochures).
  • Support website updates, landing pages, and course listings.

Clinical Communication & Branding

  • Translate complex dental procedures and academic content into clear, student-friendly marketing messages.
  • Ensure all marketing communication maintains academic integrity and ethical standards.
  • Build the academy’s positioning as a trusted dental education brand.

Admissions & Sales Support

  • Work closely with academic counselors to improve lead-to-enrollment conversion.
  • Track inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion performance.
  • Support pricing strategy, offers, and enrollment campaigns.

Partnerships & Outreach

  • Build relationships with dental colleges, clinics, hospitals, and professional associations.
  • Coordinate campus visits, faculty collaborations, and institutional marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the academy at dental conferences, CDE programs, and exhibitions.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze marketing performance metrics (leads, CPL, ROI, conversion rates).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing and enrollment reports.
  • Recommend improvements based on market trends and competitor analysis.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) – Mandatory
  • MBA (Marketing / Healthcare Management / Operations preferred)

Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or academic promotions.
  • Experience in dental academies, healthcare marketing, or education marketing is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Digital marketing knowledge and campaign coordination ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
