Analytics: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, patient acquisition costs, and ROI to optimize strategies. Financial Oversight: Oversee the clinic's daily financial operations, including patient billing, insurance claims, and accounts payable/receivable. Budgeting & Reporting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and monthly performance reports for the management. Operational Efficiency: Analyze clinic workflows and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and patient satisfaction. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement of dental supplies and equipment. Qualifications & Skills Education: MBA or a Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
