Your role will involve managing records, ensuring compliance with institutional standards, coordinating with faculty and staff, and driving efficiency in processes. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate student and staff records. - Coordinate and streamline academic processes, including admissions, attendance, and academic performance tracking. - Develop and implement systems to improve administrative efficiency. - Manage attendance records and ensure accuracy. - Support behavioral and academic management records. - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth academic operations. - Continually identify areas of improvement in administrative workflows. - Implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and service delivery. - Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Ensure proper documentation and compliance with institutional policies.
