Role : Academic Trainer(travel) Domain : Education Location : Chennai-onsite (Must be open to travelling all over Tamil Nadu) Experience : 2+ years Salary : upto 5-7LPA 6 days work week (Accommodation and petrol allowance will be provided by the organisation during outstation travel) What You'll Do: Deliver engaging training sessions for school teachers using our proprietary curriculum. Support and coach educators to enhance their instructional skills and attitudes. Collaborate on the development of strategies that drive better learning experiences. Travel to different locations to support school partners and ensure smooth implementation. To retain the existing schools. Skills & Requirements: Sound knowledge of Phonics . 2+ years of experience as a trainer in curriculum-related industry. Excellent communication skills in English. Two-wheeler or four wheeler.
