Academic Principal

As an Academic Principal at The Genius Squad in Mohali, Punjab, you will play a crucial role in overseeing academic management to ensure quality teaching, student satisfaction, and effective coordination within our team. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing academic management involving teachers, students, and coordinators. - Creating and managing class schedules, timetables, and structures. - Monitoring and ensuring smooth and effective conduct of classes. - Providing support in creating presentations, academic plans, and study materials. - Collaborating with management for strategic academic planning and execution. - Leading and guiding the academic team to maintain high-quality standards. Your work schedule will be from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with a 6-day working week - Monday to Friday on-site, and Saturday work from home. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in Academic Management, preferably in Ed-Tech companies, coaching institutes, or colleges. - Strong leadership skills to effectively handle teachers, students, and coordinators. - Excellent organizational and communication abilities. - Ability to create and implement academic strategies effectively.
