Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Design, review, and update academic content in line with UPSC & TNPSC syllabus and trends. Plan integrated study schedules, test series, and mock exams. Faculty Management: Recruit, train, and mentor teaching staff. Monitor teaching quality and conduct regular performance reviews. Student Progress & Support: Track student performance through assessments, feedback, and analytics. Address academic concerns and provide guidance for improvement. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and academic workshops. Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards in academic delivery, study materials, and test content. Implement academic audits and feedback mechanisms. Strategic Planning: Align academic strategies with the overall vision and growth plan of the academy. Monitor trends in UPSC & TNPSC exams and suggest timely changes. Technology Integration: Oversee development of online content and blended learning initiatives. Ensure effective use of LMS and digital tools for learning delivery.
