Job Description

Position Type: Full-time, On-site

  • Fixed Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month
  • Performance Incentives: 5% of total monthly revenue beyond ₹15,00,000.
  • Total Earning Potential: ₹51,000 – ₹75,000+ per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain academic quality and ensure syllabus completion.
  • Conduct faculty training and performance reviews.
  • Track student results and academic improvements.
  • Integrate value-based modules like Reflection and Refraction of Character.

General Notes:

  • Salary disbursement by the 7th of each month.
  • Annual increment: 8% – 15% (based on performance).
  • Professional ethics, punctuality, and discipline are mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
