About the Role

Xylem Learning is looking for energetic and empathetic Academic Counsellors to join our fast-growing team. As an Academic Counsellor, you will assist students and their parents in making informed choices for NEET, JEE, and Commerce courses offered by Xylem Learning.

This role blends academic guidance with consultative sales—enabling you to support students in shaping their academic and career journeys, while contributing to the institute’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students and parents through inbound and outbound calls using our internal leads database.
• Understand each student’s academic background, interests, and goals—whether in medical (NEET), engineering (JEE), or commerce—to recommend the most suitable programs.
• Clearly present details about course structure, curriculum, batch timings, and the unique benefits of studying at Xylem Learning.
• Offer personalized counselling to build trust and long-term relationships with students and their families.
• Drive admissions by converting leads into enrollments and achieving monthly targets.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and student progress in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. (Commerce graduates preferred for commerce counselling roles)
• Prior experience in academic counselling, telecalling, or educational sales is a bonus—but not essential.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for helping students succeed are encouraged to apply.
