Academic Counselor

We are looking for a target-oriented Academic Counselor to join our team. The role focuses on inside sales and student engagement for our Learners Note online tutor education platform in the Thrissur .

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with students and parents in the UAE to provide information about our online education platform.
• Explain available syllabus, subjects, grades, and fee structures clearly.
• Guide students and parents through the admission process and support them in completing enrollment formalities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/admission targets.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and admissions.
• Provide regular follow-ups to prospective students and parents.
• Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education background preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years of academic counseling, inside sales, or similar roles (preferably in Ed-tech or education sector).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
