About the Role As an Academic Counselor at Peafowl Academy, you will play a dual role of guiding students in choosing the right career path while driving admissions through inside sales. You’ll engage with students, understand their aspirations, and recommend suitable programs that align with their goals. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and walk-ins. Counsel students on academic programs and career opportunities. Manage and nurture leads using CRM tools with timely follow-ups. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment targets. Ensure excellent student experience through personalized guidance.
