Academic Counselor

We are looking for a dedicated Academic Counselor to guide students in choosing the right learning programs and support them through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for helping learners achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students to understand their career goals and recommend suitable UG/PG courses.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up on leads.
• Explain program details, curriculum, fees, and benefits clearly.
• Support students through the admission and onboarding process.
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM regularly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 0–3 years of experience in academic counseling or EdTech sales
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
