Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective learners, support admissions, and ensure a smooth academic experience at Beat Educations.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students about courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
• Handle walk-ins, enquiries, and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Guide students through the enrollment process and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with faculty regarding class schedules, batches, and student academic support.
• Maintain student records, admission data, and daily reports.
• Support center administration including basic office tasks and student handling.
• Assist in planning and executing academic activities and student engagement programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).
• Ability to handle students professionally and maintain follow-ups.
• Prior experience in counseling ( mandatory).
