Job Title: Admission Coordinator (Female candidates only)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Admission Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to convert leads into admissions while achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Convert leads into admissions by providing detailed information about courses and programs

- Achieve monthly admission targets through effective counseling and follow-up

- Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards students, colleagues, and parents

- Advise and counsel students on course selection, career paths, and further education opportunities

- Provide guidance and support to students in making informed decisions about their academic pursuits

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead conversion and admission process

- Stay updated on industry trends and course offerings to provide informed support to students

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling or sales

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
