Position: Part-time English Language Facilitator Job Overview : We're looking for a skilled part-time English Language Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in developing their English language skills, with a focus on interactive and communicative approaches. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Plan and deliver dynamic English language lessons that emphasize conversational skills, presentations, and discussions. 2. Create and implement customized lesson plans that cater to students' varied learning styles and needs. 3. Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and establish achievable objectives. 4. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to participate and practice their English skills. Requirements: 1. Advanced degree in English Language Studies, Applied Linguistics, or Education. 2. Certification in English language teaching is a plus(e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) or equivalent experience.. 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Ability to work part-time Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience with language teaching methodologies, such as Task-Based Learning or Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL). 2. Familiarity with language assessment frameworks and tools. 3.
