The team is determined and energetic, with a goal of helping organizations prevent and protect themselves from IT threats. Equipped with qualified security experts and supported by strategic technology partners, RedTeam creates efficient cyber security professionals capable of handling any cyber issues. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Academic Counselor at RedTeam Hacker Academy. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for student counseling, communication, career counseling, academic advising, and education. This role is based in Thrissur but allows for some work from home flexibility. Qualifications Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills Communication and Academic Advising skills Education background or experience Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team Experience in academic advising or counseling role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Show more Show less
