Job Description

Sales and Client Conversion: Meet or exceed your monthly sales targets by proactively converting leads and inquiries into customers. This involves understanding each prospect’s needs and convincingly presenting our immigration services to achieve enrollment/registration targets.
Client Communication: Maintain regular and clear communication with clients and prospects via phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email. Promptly follow up on inquiries and provide timely responses to client questions or concerns. Professional and courteous communication is expected at all times.
Client Counselling and Service Promotion: Counsel prospective clients on their immigration options and our services. This includes evaluating their profiles, understanding their requirements, and providing clear, accurate information about immigration programs. You should effectively promote the Company’s immigration products and services over the phone, through messaging apps, via email, and in person during office visits. Tailor your counselling approach to each client’s profile and interests, and persuasively communicate how our services can benefit them.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
