Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our company, you will be responsible for achieving branch targets through end-to-end sales. Your main tasks will involve generating prospects through cold calling and meeting and counseling prospective students, predominantly working executives in various industries. Additionally, you will be required to conduct primary and secondary research, analyze software for trainers, and connect with trainers and learners over the phone or email. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve branch targets through end-to-end sales. - Generate prospects through cold calling. - Meet and counsel prospective students, mainly working executives in different industries. - Conduct primary and secondary research. - Analyze software for trainers. - Connect with trainers and learners over the phone or email. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in sales or business development is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to conduct research and analyze data effectively. - Proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines. - Proficiency in using software tools for communication and analysis. Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including internet reimbursement and leave encashment. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in person.
