Client Relationship officer (Inside Sales)

About the job Position Overview:

The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the programs of MSM Unify to potential students, responding to inquiries from potential students on various programs, and identifying the appropriate programs to meet these goals.

CRO is the guiding force behind our operational strategies, ensuring alignment with our business goals. This role will oversee business operational activities of the company, ensuring candidate traction, fostering growth, and maintaining vital internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and sustaining solid relationships with prospective students and company stakeholders.

Handling inbound queries from multiple channels, including telephone, email, and web chat.

Making outbound calls to convert prospective student leads into applications for study.

Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services, managing complaints accordingly and in a timely manner, escalating where needed.

Ensure customer data is recorded accurately and in a timely fashion into all appropriate systems.

Support the development of the student journey by identifying and reporting back on issues and trends. Cross selling our products.

Inbound outbound sales.

Reporting:

You are going to report under Team Lead/ Asst. Manager/Manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.

Experience in B2C sales or zeal to learn would be first preference.

Confident articulate and professional speaking abilities.

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.

Excellent customer service orientation.

Basic computer skills and proficiency with office software and CRM systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Willingness to adapt and grow in the customer service role. Training and Development: Fresher Customer Relationship Officers may undergo a training period to learn about the company's products, services, and customer service procedures. Regular feedback and guidance will be provided to help them excel in their roles.
