Job Description

e are seeking passionate and motivated Admission Counselors to join our Kochi team. The role involves guiding prospective students, handling admission queries, and helping them choose the right academic path.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, and career options.
Manage inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Convert leads into admissions with effective communication and follow-up.
Assist students with applications, documentation, and enrollment procedures.
Support admission campaigns, seminars, and promotional events.
Maintain accurate student records and meet admission targets.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain programs clearly and patiently.
Prior experience in counseling/sales is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
