About the Role We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly Academic Counselors to guide students in choosing the right courses and support them through their learning journey at Hexacode Academy. Key Responsibilities Talk to students and help them pick the right course based on their goals. Handle calls, WhatsApp, and emails related to admissions. Convert leads into enrollments through follow-ups. Keep records of student interactions and progress. Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams. What We’re Looking For Good communication and people skills (English & Hindi preferred). Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable using basic computer tools (Excel, CRM, etc.). Any graduate – Freshers can apply.
