Academic Counselor

As a Senior Academic Counselor at our company, you will play a crucial role in guiding students and professionals towards overseas opportunities. Your proactive and empathetic approach will be essential in ensuring that clients make well-informed decisions about their future. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel students and professionals on various opportunities related to study, career, and settlement abroad. - Conduct thorough eligibility assessments and recommend suitable programs, courses, or migration pathways. - Assist clients throughout the application processes, document submissions, and adherence to timelines. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering clear and accurate advice. - Meet monthly counseling and conversion targets to drive success. - Keep abreast of global education and immigration policies to provide up-to-date information. - Address client queries professionally through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Requirements: - Minimum of 12 years of experience in counseling, education consultancy, immigration consultancy, or sales (experience in these areas is preferred). - Freshers with exceptional communication and persuasion skills are encouraged to apply. - Knowledge of study and migration opportunities in countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, USA, and Europe will be advantageous. - Possess strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients. - Be organized, detail-oriented, and goal-oriented to drive results effectively.
