About the Role:

We are hiring Academic Counselors who are passionate about education and career guidance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in student counseling, inside sales, or business development in the EdTech or education sector. Your role will involve connecting with students and parents, understanding their learning goals, and recommending the right courses or programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents on course offerings, admission processes, and career paths.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into enrollments.
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs accordingly.
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
• Maintain and update records in the CRM system.
• Build strong relationships with leads to ensure high conversion and retention rates.
• Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Academic Counseling, Student Counseling, BDE/BDA, or Inside Sales roles in the EdTech/Education sector.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales/enrollment targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of the education and career guidance ecosystem.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Comfortable with both telephonic and face-to-face counseling..
