Role & Responsibilities
* Counsel students and parents for competitive exams such as CAT, CUET, CLAT, IPMAT
* Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling
* Customize sales pitches to build trust and long-term relationships
* Coordinate with TPOs and colleges for IT-based education products
* Fix meetings, demos, and presentations with institutional stakeholders
* Maintain records and follow-ups in CRM
* Achieve targets as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
* Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream
* 2+ years experience in education or similar industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Exposure to IT/SaaS education products preferred
* Patient, target-driven, and good problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
