The ideal candidate will guide students and parents through educational options, assist with course selection, and support the academic growth of learners. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents on courses, career paths, and educational programs. Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Follow up with leads and maintain records of student interactions. Assist in admissions, documentation, and enrollment processes. Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth student support. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (any discipline). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Malayalam. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling) Preferred Qualities: Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Passion for education and student development.
