Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Academic Counselor to join our team in Edappal. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding students in their academic journey, helping them choose the right courses and career paths, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on academic programs, courses, and career options
• Provide accurate information about admission procedures, eligibility, and course structure
• Handle student queries through phone, email, and walk-ins
• Maintain up-to-date records of student interactions and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic departments for student support
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for student conversions
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and other promotional activities as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Psychology preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in academic counseling or a similar role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written)
