Job Description

Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and parents via phone, email, or in-person regarding course options, eligibility, and the admissions process
Understand students needs and guide them towards appropriate academic programs
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and application status using CRM tools
Follow up on leads through regular communication and ensure timely closures
Assist students with application procedures, fee submission, and document collection
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to achieve enrollment targets
Attend education fairs, webinars, and other outreach events as required
