Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to parents of prospective learners to provide information about courses and programs
* Counsel and guide parents on career & personality development courses
* Build trust and follow up with leads
* Collaborate with EdTech clients and a dynamic outreach team
Requirements:
* Excellent spoken English
* Prior voice process experience preferred
* Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
Salary & Benefits:
* ₹9,000 – ₹15,000 per month depending on experience and performance.
