Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Academy Sales and Lab Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in the education sector and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for converting leads into enrollments by effectively communicating the value of SNA courses to students and working professionals. Key Responsibilities: Handle assigned leads and proactively reach out to students or working professionals via calls. Explain SNA courses, their benefits, and career opportunities clearly and convincingly. Address queries and concerns of potential candidates to build trust and confidence. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by converting leads into enrollments. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the system. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for students. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or ed-tech sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Tamil (mandatory) and English. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
