Job Summary:The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed information about academic programs, application requirements, and institutional policies. This role plays a key part in recruiting qualified applicants and supporting them from inquiry through enrollment. Key Responsibilities:Counsel prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings to guide them through the admissions process. Provide accurate information about course offerings, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and application deadlines. Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all student interactions in the admissions database. Assist students in completing application forms and gathering required documentation. Organize and participate in admissions events such as open houses, campus tours, school visits, and education fairs. Collaborate with academic departments to ensure smooth processing of applications and enrollment. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. Address student concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Stay updated on institutional policies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
