We are seeking a dedicated Academic Counsellor to join our team in Bhopal. This full-time on-site position will involve student counseling, career guidance, academic advising, and offering educational support. You will play a key role in helping students navigate their academic journey while supporting their career development.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Academic Counsellor to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Academic Counsellor will be to engage with students, understand their educational aspirations, and guide them through the process of enrolling in our various coaching programs (CAT, CLAT, IPM, CUET, Judiciary & etc). The ideal candidate will have prior experience in counseling students for these specific exams and a passion for helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one academic and career counseling to students
• Guide students in developing their educational plans and career paths
• Support students in overcoming academic challenges
• Maintain strong communication with students, ensuring they feel supported throughout their academic journey
• Work closely with the academic team to ensure student success

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 6 months of relevant experience (sales, counseling, customer service, etc.)
• Freshers with a law background or experience in non-edtech industries, including sales, are encouraged to apply
• Strong ability to adapt to a new role and engage with students effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
