Job Responsibilities: • Understand various courses and career options. • Assist students with information related to courses and guide them in the right direction for their educational advancement. • Counselling students for course selection and preparing follow-up and monitoring progress for all the students assigned. • Prepare, and enter data into CRM, and ensure its accuracy. Requirements: • Proven 0-3 years of experience. • Bachelor's degree in Education, psychology, social work or a related field • Should be proficient in multiple languages: English (Mandatory) & Malayalam • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skill. • Knowledge of educational policy and regulations. • Have a natural knack for convincing others. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
