Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Durgapur for an Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for student counseling, career counseling, and academic advising. They will guide students on their academic and career paths, offer educational advice, help in course selection, and support students in overcoming academic challenges. The role also involves maintaining records, conducting follow-up sessions with students, and coordinating with faculty members.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience in the educational sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
