We are looking for passionate and target-driven Academic Counselors to join our dynamic team. The role involves telephonic counseling of students across India for our MBA/PGDM programs and assisting them throughout the admission process. Key Responsibilities: 📞 Counsel and convert student leads into walk-ins and confirmed admissions for MBA/PGDM programs 🔁 Ensure consistent follow-ups and maintain conversion pipelines 🏫 Manage walk-in enquiries and conduct on-the-spot counseling 🎯 Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets 📋 Update daily activities, leads, and status in CRM 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Maintain professional rapport with students and their parents 💼 Participate in admission campaigns, webinars, and info sessions Who Can Apply? ✅ Experience Required: Prior experience in MBA/BBA/B.Tech/MBBS admissions or education consulting Added advantage if you’ve worked with Online MBA platforms like Jain University, NMIMS, ICFAI, or Symbiosis Candidates with West Bengal roots working outside Kolkata are welcome to apply ✅ Skills & Personality: Strong communication and persuasion skills Sales-oriented mindset with a result-driven approach Professional, polite, and people-friendly Familiarity with CRM software is a plus Ability to maintain communication via calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media ✅ Education: Minimum: Graduate in any stream ✅ Preferred Candidates: Female both can apply Selection Process: Round 1: Telephonic or Video Interview with Gaurav Sir Final Round: Face-to-Face Interview at Office (upon shortlisting)
