Academic Counsellor (Fluent Hindi + Presentation Skills Preferred)

We are a reputed training institute offering technical and management courses across Kerala. We are looking for a Academic Counsellor with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be very fluent in Hindi, confident in counselling students, and good presentation skills will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism.
• Guide students through admission procedures and resolve their queries.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update call records.
• Coordinate with academic and sales teams to achieve enrolment targets.
• (Optional) Present course details through short videos or live sessions.

Requirements:

• Female candidate required.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
