Academic Counsellor

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, addressing inquiries via phone, email, in-person meetings, and virtual platforms.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about academic programs, admission requirements, application procedures, fees, scholarships, and campus life.
• Guide students through the application process, assisting with form completion and document submission.
• Participate in admission events, educational fairs, school visits, and workshops to promote programs and attract prospective students.
• Follow up with leads and applicants to encourage conversion and enrollment.
• Collaborate effectively with admissions teams, faculty, administrative staff, and other departments to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance skills and stay updated on institutional policies and program changes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate student records, interaction logs, and progress notes in the designated database.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
