Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess academic background, motivations, strengths, and career aspirations.
• Guide students towards suitable study-abroad programs (e.g. USA, UK, Canada, Australia) based on their profile, interests, and admission chances (expertia.ai).
• Advise and support students preparing for IELTS/PTE/TOEFL exams—help with test strategies, resources, and schedules .
• Assist students throughout the visa application process: documentation, eligibility assessment, mock interviews, and submission guidance .
• Help students and families with accommodation arrangements: university hostels or private housing.
• Participate in promotional activities: seminars, workshops, and overseas education fairs; represent the institute and engage potential applicants.
• Actively follow up on high-potential leads, converting them efficiently through personalised communication.
• Maintain accurate interaction and progress records in CRM or student management systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident, persuasive demeanor.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in overseas education counseling or related student advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of IELTS/PTE/TOEFL patterns, visa procedures, and international admissions processes (jobs.togethersc.org, business.linkedin.com, expertia.ai).
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM/student management tools.
• Capable of multi-tasking, working independently and within a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours—including evenings or weekends—as needed.

Preferred / Desirable:

• Established connections with foreign universities or partner agents.
• Proven track record of guiding students pre- and post-departure.
• Familiarity with scholarship opportunities and financial aid options.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
