Academic Coordinator – Math (Grades 9–12)

Position: Academic Coordinator – Math (Grades 9–12)
Travel : Travel to schools across Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh 12–13 days/month

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Math Academic Coordinator to lead academic excellence for Grades 9–12. The ideal candidate should have prior experience teaching Math for competitive exams like JEE and will be responsible for curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, and ensuring quality academic delivery across our network of schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and support implementation of Math curriculum for Grades 9–12 aligned with board and JEE-level standards
• Conduct classroom observations and teacher mentoring sessions
• Provide academic leadership and training to school teachers
• Review lesson plans, assessments, and teaching aids to ensure rigor and relevance
• Analyze student performance data and suggest interventions for improvement
• Coordinate and ensure academic consistency across schools
• Visit schools regularly to support and monitor academic delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience teaching Math for Grades 9–12
• Prior experience in JEE/competitive exam coaching platforms is essential
• Strong understanding of Math curriculum frameworks (State/CBSE/ICSE)
• Willingness to travel extensively (12–13 days/month) across Karnataka, AP, and Telangana
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
