Job Description

Academic Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Academic Coordination:

  • Coordinate with counselors and students to collect required academic documents.
  • Ensure all applications meet university-specific requirements and deadlines.
  • Maintain and update student records, transcripts, and progress reports.

2. University Liaison:

  • Communicate with partner universities to clarify academic requirements and admission criteria.
  • Track application status and update students and counselors regularly.
  • Support the team in organizing university interviews and academic orientations.

3. Student Support:

  • Assist students in understanding course structures, prerequisites, and credit systems.
  • Provide guidance on preparing academic portfolios and meeting admission standards.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure students submit required documents on time.

4. Administrative & Documentation:

  • Maintain a database of academic records and university requirements.
  • Ensure all documents are verified and in compliance with visa and admission regulations.
  • Prepare academic reports for management and partner institutions.

5. Team Coordination:

  • Work closely with admission, visa, and counseling teams to streamline processes.
  • Assist in scheduling academic workshops, counseling sessions, and webinars.
  • Support marketing and business development teams with academic data for tie-ups.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of international education systems and academic structures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in academic coordination or student services (preferably in overseas education consultancy)
  • Familiarity with university admission and visa processes is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
