Academic coordinator

The Academic Program Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of academic programs. This includes overseeing student timetables, ensuring smooth course delivery, and acting as a primary liaison between students, parents, and faculty. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timetable Management:
• Develop and maintain student timetables, ensuring they align with course requirements and faculty availability.
• Adjust and update timetables as necessary to accommodate changes in courses or faculty.
• Course Delivery Coordination:
• Ensure all courses are delivered efficiently and effectively, whether in-person, online, or hybrid formats.
• Coordinate with faculty to ensure they have the necessary resources for course delivery.
• Student and Parent Coordination:
• Serve as the primary contact for students and parents regarding academic schedules, course selections, and other program-related inquiries.
• Address and resolve any academic concerns or issues that arise.
• Academic Advising:
• Provide academic advising to students, helping them select appropriate courses and manage their academic progress.
• Work with students to address any academic challenges and provide guidance on resources and support available.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in academic administration, particularly in timetable management and student coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using academic management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,305.47 - ₹58,685.02 per month
