Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive school-level admission processes, including student/parent counselling, lead follow-ups, and enrollment tracking
Conduct effective counselling sessions, clearly explain the product, and convert leads to admissions (target-driven role)
Ensure smooth day-to-day academic operations in alignment with institutional SOPs
Maintain accurate and timely records of students and faculty for attendance, performance, timetables, and reports
Collaborate closely with the central team to ensure strong communication and coordination across academic and operational functions
Support academic delivery and contribute to improving learning outcomes when required
After initial months, transition into faculty responsibilities as needed

Ideal Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate
Strong teaching background in Science is mandatory (Physics/Chemistry/Maths/Biology)
Academic and Admissions background is essential
Prior experience in school coordination, academic delivery, or EdTech is an added advantage
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to counsel parents and students effectively
Excellent communication skills, especially in English (clarity, fluency, and confidence required)
High ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Must be willing to work full-time from the school campus (Mon–Sat)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
