Reports To: Vice-Principal / Principal

Pay: 5 to 6 Lakhs Annual CTC

BASIC FUNCTION (JOB SUMMARY)

We are seeking a dynamic Academic Lead / Academic Coordinator to manage the academics for a reputed /international schools (K12-CBSE). The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in mentoring Teachers and assisting them with academic planning and execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To take full responsibility for leading and managing academic aspects of the school, under the overall direction of the Management.
• To Lead academic department in scheduling the Examination, Academics Calendar, Guest Lectures, Student Training, Field Visits etc.
• To Motivate, train, evaluate and regularly monitor, the teachers. To monitor & evaluate the quality of teaching & standards of learning.
• To ensure that parents & pupils are well informed about the curriculum, attainment & progress towards their targets.
• To ensure upgrades in pedagogical processes to implement best practice relevant for building 21st century skills.

Requirements / Qualifications :

• B.Ed. with Master’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 7-10 years of experience in leading academics in reputed /international schools (K-12) with a minimum school strength of 1000+ students.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication as well as presentation skills.
• Proficiency in handling concerns from the staff related to adherence to academics.
• Experience in the mentoring and supervision of senior educators
• Creative and passionate to deliver high quality services to children

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
