Role Description

Lead Management & Student Outreach

• Call and follow up with fresh leads (students/aspirants).
• Introduce educational and career opportunities to prospective students.

Counselling & Guidance

• Conduct one-on-one meetings with students.
• Assess their academic goals, aspirations, and preferences.
• Provide career/educational counselling tailored to help them secure admission in the right colleges.

Workshops & Training

• Conduct workshops, group sessions, and seminars to educate students on academic and career pathways.
• Develop resources (presentations, guides, FAQs) to support student decision-making.

Career Development Support

• Assist students in career development planning and management.
• Provide structured guidance on academic progression, interview preparation, and related areas.

Record-Keeping & Reporting

• Maintain proper documentation of counselling sessions, leads, and student progress.
• Update records regularly for tracking and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Career Counselling, Student Counselling skills
• The capability of calling on Fresh Leads
• Career Development, Career Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counselling, or a related field
