Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities To install, maintain and repair various air-conditioning systems. To maintain window air-conditioners, VRF and central system. To dismantle a system from one place and to install at another place when required. To maintain water coolers and refrigerators. To take daily round to find out any issue with air-conditioning system. To top up refrigerant gases. To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. To ensure calibration of all units. To check filters and motor parts, if they need any replacement. To answer all emergency calls immediately. To carry out and help in laying ducts and outdoor/indoor units. To ensure electricity savings and maintain proper inventory of required tools & parts. To follow all safety guidelines while on job. To document all complaints and its disposal. To maintain all other records and registers as per hospital policies. To be aware of emergency codes of the hospital.
