AC Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance of HVAC systems, chillers, air handling units (AHUs), and ventilation systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to air conditioners (split, cassette, and central AC).
• Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with hospital standards.
• Monitor temperature and humidity levels in critical areas like ICUs, OTs, and laboratories.
• Ensure the uninterrupted operation of HVAC systems in patient care areas.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and service logs.
• Respond promptly to HVAC-related complaints and emergency breakdowns.
• Coordinate with biomedical and electrical teams for integrated system performance.
• Ensure all HVAC systems comply with safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in healthcare or large institutions
