AC Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Installation: Install new air conditioning systems and components, ensuring they are set up according to specifications and safety standards.
• Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on air conditioning units, including cleaning, adjusting, and refilling refrigerants to ensure efficient operation.
• Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning systems, replacing or repairing defective parts as necessary.
• Customer Service: Advise clients on the best air conditioning solutions for their needs, including energy-efficient options and system upgrades.
• Documentation: Prepare reports on work activities, including maintenance performed and parts used, and maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficient in understanding and repairing various air conditioning systems, including residential and commercial units.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients and explain technical issues in an understandable manner.
• Qualifications: HVAC or Diploma or ITI or Any Degree

Work Environment

• AC Technicians typically work in the field, traveling to client sites for installations and repairs. The role may involve being on-call for emergency repairs, requiring flexibility in work hours.
