Position:RAC Facilitator Key Performance Area:1. Need to Teach Installation, service, and repair air conditioners (split, window, and central units)2. Need to Teach Diagnose and repair refrigerators and deep freezers3. Need to Teach routine maintenance, gas charging, and leakage detection4. Need to Teach Identifing electrical and mechanical faults and carry out necessary repairs5. Need to Teach Ensuring safe handling of tools, equipment, and refrigerants6. Need to Teach Maintaining service records, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory7. Need to Teach Guiding and train students/trainees on practical repair techniques (if applicable)8. Need to Teach Following safety standards and environmental regulations9. Need to Teach how Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and external servicing when required Academic Background:1. ITI / Diploma / Certification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related trade2. 25 years of hands-on experience in AC and refrigerator servicing3. Knowledge of electrical systems, compressors, thermostats, and refrigerants4. Understanding of safety norms and basic environmental compliance5. Teaching or training experience is an added advantage (for facilitator role) Experience:1. 2–5 years of hands-on experience in AC and refrigerator servicing Language Proficiency:Essential: Proficiency in Bengali and Hindi with comfort level of reporting in English

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
