Ac Repairing Trainer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Repairing Trainer to join our training institute in Kochi. The trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on training sessions in Air Conditioning (AC) installation, repair, and maintenance to students, ensuring they gain both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on AC repairing, installation, and servicing.
• Teach fundamentals of refrigeration, cooling systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Provide live demonstrations and guide students on handling tools and equipment safely.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments for students.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
• Ensure adherence to industry safety standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest technology in HVAC/AC repairing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma / Certification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in AC repair and maintenance.
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred (not mandatory).
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and/or English.
• Ability to conduct both theory and practical classes.
• Good problem-solving and mentoring skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
